Alan’s Journey started in 1974 when he became a mixer man for De Mar Baron and after a short time, Alan was a foreman leading pool plastering crews at the age of 19. Alan and his wife Teresa started Alan Smith Pools in 1981 and have grown it to over 120 employees which have completed over 30,000 jobs.
